Meet Rachelle Jo
Minister/Owner of W.O.W. Ministries
At just 16 years old, when I found myself unexpectedly pregnant, I felt an unshakable pull in my heart—a calling to help other young women facing the same struggles. My life, even at that young age, had already been marked by immense pain. I had endured the trauma of sexual abuse, rape, physical violence, verbal degradation, and the crushing emotional toll of it all. It felt like I was living in darkness, but somehow, even in the midst of that suffering, I knew God had a greater plan for my life. Deep down, I believed that one day, my pain would serve a purpose.
At 24, God gave me a vision that stopped me in my tracks. It was vivid, detailed, and unlike anything I had ever experienced. I saw a women’s home—a place where broken women could find safety, healing, and hope. It wasn’t just a fleeting dream; it was a divine promise. I held onto that vision as I poured myself into a 25-year career as a cosmetologist. Day by day, year by year, I kept that vision alive in my heart, even when life felt overwhelming.
But in April 2024, God spoke clearly to me through a dream. He told me it was time. Time to let go of the career I had spent decades building, close my salon and step fully into His calling for my life.
This ministry—Women of Warfare Ministries—is not just a dream; it’s the fulfillment of years of prayer, prophecy, and preparation. It’s for the women who feel too broken to heal, for those who believe the lies that they are beyond redemption. It’s about breaking chains, silencing shame, and watching God turn ashes into crowns of beauty.
